Section 01

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bcc999 ("bcc999", "we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the bcc999 website located at https://bcc999.vip and all associated products, services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other person who accesses or uses the Platform in any capacity. By proceeding beyond the homepage, registering an account, or engaging with any service offered on the Platform, you affirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them without reservation.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and bcc999. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or bonus offer documentation, these Terms shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on bcc999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bcc999 strictly prohibits access to and use of its Platform by persons under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your country, state, or region of residence.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any other person. All accounts must be opened and operated in your own name, on your own behalf, and using your own personal funds.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of bcc999 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have a previously suspended, closed, or banned account on the bcc999 Platform, whether opened under your own name or any alias.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on bcc999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document
• Your date of birth, confirming you are 18 years of age or older
• A valid, active email address to which you have exclusive access
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your own name in Bangladesh
• A secure password of your choosing, which you must keep confidential at all times

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

bcc999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with its obligations to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Before processing any withdrawal request, and at any other time at our discretion, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter, dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad/Rocket account details matching your registered name)
• Source of funds declaration for high-value deposits or withdrawals exceeding thresholds set by bcc999's compliance team

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or submission of fraudulent or altered documents, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs on your bcc999 account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. bcc999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify bcc999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bcc999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bcc999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment service provider may apply their own charges independently of bcc999.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bcc999 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to card issuer approval)

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger additional KYC review.
• Deposits are credited to your bcc999 BDT wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited within 30 seconds.
• bcc999 accepts deposits only from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
• bcc999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe was made fraudulently, in error, or in violation of these Terms.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification before first processing. Subsequent withdrawals may be processed without re-verification unless our compliance team determines otherwise.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. bcc999 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met as specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• bcc999 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours on Bangladesh Standard Time business days. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours of approval.

Section 05

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bcc999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is presented. The general principles set out in this section apply to all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms.

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are published in the individual bonus terms.
• bcc999 reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any ongoing bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players with active bonus funds at the time of cancellation will be given a reasonable window to complete the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using prohibited betting strategies to exploit bonuses, or placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit and is subject to separate, full bonus terms communicated at the time of claim.

Section 06

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming sessions on bcc999 are subject to the specific rules of each game or market, as published within the game interface or the sports betting platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any wager before confirming it.
• bcc999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or any circumstance in which the integrity of the market or game outcome was or could have been compromised.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or game, the result recorded on bcc999's servers shall be the definitive record. In cases involving live streaming, the server-side record takes precedence over any client-side display.
• All slot games, live casino titles, and instant games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by their respective independent game studios. bcc999 does not interfere with or modify the RNG outcomes of any third-party game content.
• Sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, football, kabaddi, and other competitions — are settled according to the official result of the relevant sporting body. Where official results are disputed, bcc999 may withhold settlement pending official confirmation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the bcc999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, including during KYC verification.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one account on the bcc999 Platform, regardless of the name, email address, device, or payment method used.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game where player-versus-player competition exists, with the intent to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise operate your account without genuine human input.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus structures through strategies designed to extract value from promotional offers without genuine recreational play, including but not limited to matched betting systems applied to bcc999 bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the bcc999 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or criminal activity, or to disguise the origin of funds through a pattern of deposits and withdrawals with minimal play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank, card issuer, or mobile wallet provider for deposits that have been legitimately credited and wagered on the Platform.

Section 08

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bcc999 Platform — including but not limited to the bcc999 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, source code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bcc999 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bcc999 Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from bcc999
• Create derivative works based on any content from the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software or technical infrastructure
• Use the bcc999 name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without express written permission

9 Privacy & Data Protection

bcc999 is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered members. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside this document.

In summary, bcc999 collects personal data solely for the purpose of operating your account, processing transactions, conducting KYC verification, preventing fraud, and improving the Platform's services. bcc999 does not sell, rent, or disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is transmitted using SSL encryption and stored on secure, access-controlled servers.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by bcc999 at any time by contacting our support team at support@bcc999.vip. Please note that some data may be retained beyond account closure where bcc999 has a legal obligation to do so, such as for anti-money laundering compliance records.

Section 10

10 Responsible Gaming

bcc999 takes its responsibility to promote safe and responsible gambling seriously. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable and recreational activity. If gambling stops being fun and starts causing distress, financial difficulty, or harm to you or those around you, it is important to seek help.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time by contacting our support team. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may request that the Platform display a notification after a specified duration of continuous play, prompting them to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Any player who believes their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and take immediate effect upon confirmation.
• Reality Checks: Players may request periodic pop-up notifications during active gaming sessions displaying time elapsed and net session outcome.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bcc999 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in game or betting outcomes.

bcc999 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for service downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service provider outages, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In any event where bcc999 is found to be liable, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is lesser.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bcc999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bcc999 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered members via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The date at the top of this document ("Last Updated") indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bcc999 Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bcc999's support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of first notification, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. bcc999 aims to handle all player disputes fairly, transparently, and in a timely manner. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
